Director, Pre-Sales Support, Business Development and Marketing
As Director of Pre-Sales Support, Blue Hill Sales, Business Development and Marketing, Laura and her Pre-Sales team specialists work closely with key company associates across all Blue Hill organizational units, including Sales, Service Delivery, Network, Security, and the multi-platform Technical Teams, while interfacing with company prospects, i.e., potential clients, throughout all phases of the sales methodology process.
Laura manages the gathering of information necessary to prepare proposals, presentations, and completing the process of responding to Request for Proposals. She compiles the initial contract agreements required during the sales process and for Blue Hill successful client wins. Laura is also responsible for company contract administration, including Master Service Agreements, Statements of Work, Amendments, and Renewals.
Laura has many years of experience in the Data Center outsourcing industry and has an exceptional understanding of multi-platform IT solution offerings and data center managed services hosting compliance and regulatory requirements.
Prior to joining Blue Hill, Laura worked for 18 years for CBS, as a support specialist at the CBS Data Center developing technical proposals and working directly with the CBS CIO and Solutions Architects. Laura was key to the success of CBS Data Services, the outsourcing arm of CBS IT, supporting a profile of outside services clients contributing significantly to the CBS IT bottom line.
Laura attended Suffolk County College and is HIPAA certified.
