Ana heads up Blue Hill’s Computer Operations Department, which includes the company core production data center and command center. She brings more than 10 years experience in managing large scale multi-platform computer environments and highly experienced Operations teams, which include computer operations and tape librarian personnel. Ana has been key to over 20 complex migrations, and instrumental in developing standard documentation and processes utilized for critical path and turnover procedures for migrations including enabling clients to view a snapshot of their 24-hour processing.
Prior to joining Blue Hill, Ana worked in Operations at Infocrossing/Wipro. Her responsibilities included providing technical support in primary areas such as operations, scheduling, media services, data submissions and scheduling/system monitoring.
Ana focuses on increasing productivity and efficiency while continuing to build on the skills of her staff. She works closely with our Client Services/Account Management teams to ensure client satisfaction. She is also well-versed in managing partner and vendor relationships, scheduling staffing resources, client engagements, and hardware installations and maintenance.
