Blue Hill provides 24/7/365 AS/400 iSeries/Midrange and Intel server management leaving you free to manage your core business. Blue Hill’s Managed Services provide the optimum level of support for your business.

Blue Hill Intel Server Management (ISM)
With the ability to monitor critical database parameters and e-mail tasks in products such as SQL, Oracle, Exchange, Lotus Notes etc., Blue Hill’s Intel server management monitoring ensures that your servers are running smoothly and maximizing their availability and performance. Blue Hill’s ISM service integrates advanced management tools, including monitoring and alerting software, remote management capabilities, and backup & recovery software. These powerful set of tools automatically monitor server health, provide diagnostics, backup & restore critical data, and repair server problems.

Blue Hill installs its monitoring software so a map of your server environment is available to us at all times. Color-coded (red, amber, green) system alerts notify us to any fault thresholds being breached and our Technical Support team immediately investigates the issue. In the majority of cases Blue Hill will be informed of and have addressed the issue alert before the customer even realizes it.

Blue Hill AS/400 iSeries/Midrange Managed Services
Blue Hill can house your Midrange Server(s) in one of our purpose built data centers with 24/7/365 security monitoring, redundant power, communications and environmental controls. Continuous server alert monitoring and an expert support team ensures we can prevent problems occurring before they impact your systems or your user community. For those customers who prefer not to relocate their servers but want to take advantage of Blue Hill’s resources and expertise, we provide a Remote Server Management option. Your server remains at your site, but is managed by Blue Hill staff from our central operations center.
