John M. Lalli, Managing Director and Chief Operating Officer
	With over 30 years of technology and business experience across a broad spectrum of technology applications, John has been on both the corporate and managed services sides of the information technology business, and is an industry subject matter expert with a proven, successful track record of delivering client services and growth in the Information Technology Outsourcing and Business Process Outsourcing space. John’s career in information technology includes twenty-six years in Broadcast/Media/Entertainment with CBS, Inc., where his last position was Chief Information Officer. At CBS, John initiated a revenue generation shared services business which contributed significantly to the bottom line, culminating in a successful strategic outsourcing partnership, the first of a kind for a major television network.
Prior to joining Blue Hill Data Services, John was Executive Vice President of Infocrossing, Inc., a publicly held infrastructure services provider, where he was a key member of the leadership team that tripled the growth of that company during the four year period to 2006 leading to its acquisition by WIPRO. Previously, he held senior management positions as Senior Vice President, Business Development and as Chief Technology Officer for managed services providers Systems Management Specialists (SMS) and Marconi Services (Marconi, PLC). John is a graduate of the University of Notre Dame where he holds a BA in Economics, and is a decorated Vietnam War veteran. John is on the Board of Trustees of Meadowlands Hospital in Secaucus, NJ, part of the Liberty Health System which includes Jersey City Medical Center.
Thomas Laudati, Chief Technology Officer/Delivery Services
	Tom oversees all computing platform data center outsourcing operations and implementation services. Prior to joining Blue Hill, Tom was Senior Vice President, Service Delivery and Engineering for Infocrossing, Inc., an IT outsourcing company later acquired by WIPRO, where he managed five data centers nationally. He is an accomplished information outsourcing professional with 30 years experience in the design, development, maintenance, and integration of business information systems. He possesses an in-depth understanding of systems and applications software and hardware across multiple vendor platforms, and displays a thorough understanding of contemporary communications technology. Tom is instrumental in the development of outsourcing solutions, the implementation of outsourcing operational imperatives, and is a subject matter expert in data center migrations, having migrated hundreds of data centers over his career.
Tom is a business oriented information systems executive, with the ability to design practical, cost-efficient processing solutions to business problems. His years of experience and a proven track record in the management of technical staff make him an ideal information technology architect and service delivery manager, well versed in applying systematic business solutions to the most complex information processing challenges. As a seasoned information systems management specialist, Tom’s industry segment experience includes the publishing, transportation, communications, retail, financial services, healthcare, government and insurance industries. He received professional training from Colorado Technical University and holds a BS in Computer Science.
Rosary De Filippis, Executive Director, Business Development and Chief Marketing Officer
	Rosary is responsible for developing and managing the company’s growth strategy. Her focus is on building strong partner and customer relationships, and leading the sales and strategic marketing initiatives. Her passion and creativity enrich her ability to build long-term teaming relationships to increase business opportunities. Rosary is an award winning marketing and sales executive with over 25 years of experience in the field of Information Technology. Prior to joining Blue Hill Data Services, Rosary was in charge of business development and marketing at Micro Strategies Inc., an IT integration company and IBM Tier-1 business partner. Previously she held the position of Vice President, Client Services for Infocrossing, Inc., an IT outsourcing company later acquired by WIPRO. She has also held management positions in Systems Management Specialists (SMS), another IT outsourcing company, and CBS Inc.,  the broadcast/media/entertainment company.
Rosary served as Chairman of the Board for Catholic Charities, Monmouth County, Diocese of Trenton, NJ; and served on Brookdale Community College’s Accreditation Board, Lincroft, NJ. She has also served on IBM Advisory Boards (Signature Selling Methods, IBM Data Retention Solutions). Rosary earned an AS in Management from Thomas Edison State College, Trenton, NJ, and completed the Computer Programming 360 Hour Certification Program at ECPI in Orange, NJ. Rosary holds certifications in: IBM e-Business Hosting Solutions, IBM On-Demand Solution Advisor, and Microsoft Partner Advisory Council.
