1994	Founded as Integrated Data Services (IDS); Profitable in our first year.
1996	Opened state-of-the-art data center in Pearl River, NY; renamed Blue Hill Data Services, Inc. Awarded the design, creation & hosting of the customer marketing DB for AOL.
1998	Hitachi announces utilizing the world-class Blue Hill data center as a new product demo site.
2002	Expanded our facility to over 30,000 sq. ft.
2003	Featured in InformationWeek article "Creative Pressure." Read on... Certified as an IBM Business Partner. Approved as an IBM xSP Prime Hosting Provider.
2005	Gartner lists Blue Hill as a "Next Generation Data Center" Service Provider. Read on... Optimum Lightpath runs gigabit fiber optic link directly into Blue Hill data center providing unlimited bandwidth capabilities; point-to-point Metro Ethernet connectivity to entire NY Tri-state area.
2006	Blue Hill expands Open Systems Outsourcing offering to include full Managed Services. Blue Hill expands Disaster Recovery offering to include Backup and Replication Services. SAS 70 Type II audited and approved - fully compliant with supporting customer Sarbanes-Oxley and HIPAA requirements. Signed record number of new outsourcing contracts.
2007	Acquired by BPO Management Services, Inc., expanding our service offerings, expertise, and global presence. Expanded product offerings to include AS/400 iSeries Midrange Outsourcing, Desktop Managed Services, and Professional Staffing Services. Added high-availability backup facility for Disaster Recovery services.
2008	Added an additional 20,000 sq. ft. raised floor to Pearl River, NY location. Certified PCI DSS compliant.
